Develop and lead needs-oriented brand strategy including positioning and messaging that differentiates Illume and builds brand preference
Prepare and manage integrated marketing plan and budget including digital, print, PR, blogger, sampling and tradeshow tactics to bring new products and brands to market and increase market share
Manage B2C and B2B ecommerce sites including content strategy, promotions, email, social, mobile, SEO/SEM, remarketing, Facebook Gifts, affiliate marketing programs with P&L responsibility
Produce print catalogs including conception, art direction, copywriting and print management
Partner with Sales to devise tools, tradeshow presence and collateral that supports wholesale sales force, private label, specialty gift retailers and retail consumers
Collaborate with retailers and cross-functional teams including Creative, Sales, Product Development, Customer Service, Finance and Manufacturing to ensure brand integrity and maximize budget
